Cat Ballou is a U.S. Coast Guard certified vessel. She is inspected annually, from top to bottom. Her master, Captain Chuck Longanecker has logged thousands of sea miles in the open ocean and the bay. Captain Chuck and the Cat Ballou sailed from St Martin to San Francisco, through the Panama Canal.
